October 14 is the day for the PSAT/SAT! Don't forget to get to school on time so that you won't miss out because the test is timed.
Quick tips:
1. Get a good night sleep! Teenagers need at least 9 hours. Seems ridiculous because in reality we only get 7 hours or less, but please sleep early as the test is important if you are planning on heading to college.
2. Have a good breakfast. Some of us may skip the meal regularly, but "it is the most important meal of the day," and you probably hear the all the time.
3. If you are cramming to study in less than a week, you can find test tips at collegeboard.org with the SAT Question of the Day and more practice sample questions.
4. Bring snacks and water on the day of the test! It is about 4 hours long and there will be breaks given.
Best of luck on the test!
Peace,
Karissa
